If whole or part of an order is to be cancelled or returned we must be notified in advance with details of the goods and the reason for the return or cancellation.
Stock Items:
Items dispatched from our Brighton store may be returned up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods for a refund, credit note or exchange.
If a refund is required goods purchased with a credit or debit card over the value of £100 will be subject to a 5% transaction charge.
If a credit note or exchange is required no fee will be applied.
After the 7 days you will be offered a credit note or exchange within 28 days.
Non Stock Items:
Items dispatched directly from our suppliers and indicated as such in the description of the goods, may not be returned without prior consent.
Depending on our suppliers particular Terms & Conditions certain goods may not be returned at all or subject to their particular restocking fee.
If requested in good time, where possible we will try and cancel orders before they are dispatched from our suppliers. In this case if a refund is required goods purchased with a credit or debit card over the value of £100 will be subject to a 5% transaction charge.
If a credit note or exchange is required no fee will be applied.
Returned items can only be accepted if they are in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging i.e. unopened and undamaged with labels and boxes intact.
Faulty Items:
Faulty goods will be exchanged like for like where possible though we will also offer you a choice of refund or credit note to same value of any faulty item.
Customers should notify us in advance if they wish to exchange faulty goods so that a replacement product can be sourced.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges associated with the return of unwanted goods or the issuing of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges associated with faulty goods may be waived following the item's return (in good time) and inspection by ourselves.
Credit Notes: Credit notes may only be used to purchase goods from Daniel Laurence's physical or online store and can not be exchanged for monetary value at any point.
